Probably the most beautiful river in Europe is embedded in an idyllic mountain landscape as if from a picture book or straight out of Photoshop: Mountains, waterfalls, suspension bridges and narrow gorges ... In short: a place where you have to have been.

As a beginner, you are a newbie and have little to no idea about yoga. A beginner course is almost mandatory for you.
As an advanced skier you have already been in contact with powder snow, the "powder virus" has caught you and you want to expand your experience.
As an Advanced, you do yoga exercises regularly, but need guidance and motivation for new exercises here and there.
As an expert, you've been doing yoga exercises yourself consistently every day for years and really just want to be inspired more by new techniques.
The trail consists of a continuous route and is well marked. The terrain is steep in parts and a risk of falling is not excluded. Some surefootedness is required, trekking shoes are also recommended. A basic sense of orientation is required.

The small family run Hotel Boka is located directly on the beautiful Soča River and is perfectly embedded in the nature all around. The recently renovated rooms and panoramic sauna invite you to relax after yoga and hiking. The direct location on the Soča River is also ideal for swimming or kayaking.
You will be accommodated in spacious double rooms. There are also some single rooms available for an extra charge - please let us know when booking.

Look forward to regional and wonderful cuisine at your YOGA & HIKE retreat. Breakfast at Hotel Boka is prepared with carefully selected local and homemade delicacies. Dairy products from Planika dairy, honey from Soča Valley, homemade jams, spreads and sweet snacks as well as seasonal fruits. After hiking and yoga we also enjoy joint dinners at the hotel. The focus here is also entirely on the products from the surrounding area. Of course, a vegetarian or vegan diet is also possible - please let us know when booking.
What must not be missing during yoga and hiking? Of course your Yoga mat and good shoes. To be on the safe side, you should also take rain gear, a change of clothes, a daypack with your water bottle and possibly hiking poles. You can find more information about this on the packing list

You will be accompanied by Romana,a certified yoga teacher and mountain guide who will make your yoga journey unforgettable. Romana loves to mix different yoga styles, allowing for a holistic yoga retreat that combines yoga styles such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga or Yin Yoga into refined movement sequences. Tips & Info
Here is some information about the requirements for yoga and hiking: The yoga classes are for all yoga levels suitable. So it doesn't matter if you're just getting started with yoga or if daily flows are already part of your daily routine. For walking you should have a Good stamina own and hikes up to 800m and 4-5 hours walking time should not be a problem for you.
We recommend for this trip a Travel insurance with cancellation protectionso that you are on the safe side if something should happen before or during the trip.
