    Delicious hood dishes await you, lovingly prepared with regional, seasonal organic food - slow food from the heart and vegan delicacies.

    Equipment

    For our yoga and bread baking weekend you don't need to bring any special equipment. You should definitely bring your yoga clothes and even though we will of course give you an apron during the baking class, a shirt that can handle a bit of dough is an advantage 😉.

    Styria is famous for its impressive mountain world, which includes the mountain ranges of the Alps and the Dachstein. Here, adventure seekers can ski, snowboard, hike, climb and mountain bike all year round.

    The Retter Bio-Natur-Resort is the partner of the nature park Pöllauer Tal, a bio hotel and nature park hotel. This unique location in the middle of nature, offers a very nice range of cycling paths, mountain bike trails and hiking routes, excursion destinations with culinary, culture and much more.

    Tips & Info

    "No Knead Bread" is the meditative way of baking bread. This gentle method does not require vigorous kneading, but patience. The dough rests for hours and develops its flavors at rest. The result is a crusty, aromatic bread baked with minimal effort and maximum pleasure.
