In all the other cities we will visit, we will stay in nice hotels ideally located in the middle of the lively city life. During our 6-day trekking we will of course also experience authentic Nepal. The overnight stays will be in traditional mountain lodgeswhich are run by locals. You can look forward to a unique charm and have enough space for your yoga sessions in the enchanting Himalayan mountains.

In the cities we stay in spacious double rooms - if you want a single room, this can be booked for an extra charge. During the trekking we can't guarantee you a single room, because we will hike in the mountains and sleep in typical Nepalese mountain huts - but let's be honest: this is also part of the adventure trekking trip Nepal 😉.

Catering
Look forward to Momos, Dal Bhat or Fried Rice - Nepal has a lot to offer and is a true paradise especially for vegetarians! On our Nepal trip breakfast is always included - on your trekking adventure you will also enjoy full board, here we will be cooked by the locals with local delicacies and in the national park half board is included.
Equipment
Prepare yourself for an extraordinary adventure that will Nepal, trekking, safari and yoga connects with each other. The trekking tour Nepal extends over 6 days from Kande over Poon Hill (3,210 m) to Nayapul. For this tour it is important to have your Hiking equipment You should have with you - sturdy shoes, warm clothes, a daypack, a water bottle and especially a sleeping bag for the trekking accommodations. If you don't have a sleeping bag, you can rent one on site for about 15€.

Get ready for a sensational adventure, which offers a perfect combination of yoga, trekking and the enchanting scenery of Nepal. Experience the fascinating Culture diversity and discover the breathtaking Beauty of natural landscapes. Here you will get an overview of the planned program, which may be subject to adjustments due to weather and may lead to slight route changes.
Day 1
Namasté Nepal and welcome to your trekking trip on the roof of the world! At the airport in Kathmandu you will be warmly welcomed by your local guide. Afterwards you will go to the hotel in the heart of Kathmandu. Look forward to our first dinner together at the hotel, where we will also have a short briefing for the trekking ahead. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 2
After breakfast start the adventurous drive to Pokhara (approx. 210 km - approx. 8 hours). During the ride enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding hills and the beautiful valleys of the rivers Trishuli and Marsyangdi. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Day 3
Off to the exciting trekking adventure! In the morning you will go by bus for about 2 hours to the starting point of the trekking to Syauli Bazar (about 1,210 m). Here you will meet your support team (porters) for the trekking. Today's trail will take you up picturesque natural stone steps, past the charming village of Khimche, to the day's destination of Ghandruk (approx. 2,000 m). This charming mountain village is home to the Gurung people and is one of the most beautiful places in Nepal. You will be amazed by the old houses, some of which are still traditional, and enjoy a magnificent view of the peaks of Annapurna South or Macchapuchhre. During the trekking you will spend the next nights in cozy, typical lodges.
Trekking: Pokhara - Syauli Bazar - Ghandruk - approx. 4 h (! approx. 800m)
Day 4
Today we start with a yoga and meditation session. Afterwards you can take a relaxing walk through the picturesque mountain village before we dive into a fascinating rhododendron forest - an absolute highlight of the Nepal trekking trip. After lunch break, the trail continues through the forest and wonderful flora to Tadapani (about 2,650 m). With a bit of luck, you may also see some playful monkeys watching the action from the treetops.
Trekking: Ghandruk - Tadapani - approx. 4 h ( approx. 700m, " approx. 50m)
Day 5
After our yoga session, if the weather is nice, you can enjoy your breakfast with a wonderful view of the majestic Annapurna range before we start our way to Ghorepani (about 2,680 m). The landscape presents a new side today as we hike uphill through a gorge with many picturesque waterfalls to Deurali. Already at an altitude of 3000 meters you will enjoy your lunch break and can take in the impressive surroundings to the fullest. In the afternoon we continue over the Deurali Pass (approx. 3,190 m), where in good weather a breathtaking view, including the imposing Dhaulagiri, awaits us. After a short descent we finally reach the small mountain town of Ghorepani.
Trekking: Tadapani - Ghorepani - approx. 5 h ( approx. 800m, " approx. 600m)
Day 6
Today is a highlight on the program: Very early in the morning, even before sunrise, we dare to the approximately 50-minute climb to the famous viewing platform on Poon Hill (about 3,210 m). Afterwards, with a cup of coffee or tea in hand, we enjoy the spectacle of nature: at sunrise, the snow-covered 8000m peaks of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna as well as many other 7000m peaks of the two mountain ranges shine - an unforgettable mountain panorama stretches before our eyes.
Back at the accommodation we will have a delicious breakfast and our yoga session before we start our way downhill to Hile (approx. 1,430 m). Once again we are accompanied by rhododendrons, small streams and of course the stone stairs, which today demand your concentration. In Hile, where it is much warmer, we will enjoy the last evening of trekking together with the accompanying team.
Trekking: Ghorepani - Poon Hill (approx. 400 m) - Hile - approx. 4-5 h (approx. 1,350m)
Day 7
From Hile you will hike in the morning along a gravel road through small villages and the town of Birethanti for about 3 hours to Nayapul (about 1,070 m). Here the trekking ends and your escort team says goodbye. By bus we will go back to Pokhara for about 2 hours. At the beautiful Phewa Lake we will take a boat trip together. The rest of the afternoon is free for you. You can enjoy the beautiful location of the town by taking a walk by the lake, strolling along the "Lake Side" - a very famous shopping street - or relax with a well-deserved massage. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Trekking: Nayapul - about 3 h (about 100 m, about 500 m)
Day 8
Today, another adventurous drive to the south awaits you, more precisely to the Chitwan National Park (driving time approx. 5 hours). During the drive you will get further and further away from the mountains and the picturesque hilly landscape of Nepal and get to know the other side of Nepal - the lowlands, also called Terai. Before heading to dinner, you can take a walk to visit the locals and immerse yourself in the world of the indigenous Tharu people. An overnight stay awaits you in Chitwan.
Day 9
Safari Time: Today is dedicated to the national park. After breakfast, you will start with an exciting game drive in a dugout canoe on the Rapti and Young Rapti rivers, where you can spot crocodiles, Ganges gavials and a variety of birds with a little luck. Afterwards, take a walk through the forest in search of more wildlife. After the lunch break an exciting jeep safari is on the program. You can enjoy the unique flora and fauna of the national park. Overnight stay in Chitwan.
Day 10
Today we drive on the Nepalese "highway" back to Kathmandu. Once again enjoy the view of the surrounding rice terraces and the valley of the Trishuli River. (Drive time approx. 6 hours) Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 11
Immerse yourself in the impressive Kathmandu! Strengthened by breakfast, a cultural experience is on the program today. You will go to the center of Kathmandu to explore the traces of the former kings. The old royal city is also the home of the living goddess Kumari. Here you can get unforgettable impressions of the culture of Nepal, before you go to the "Little Tibet" of Kathmandu. This means the area around the famous Bodnath Stupa, one of the largest Buddhist shrines in Nepal. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Day 12
Today is unfortunately the last day of our Nepal trekking trip. Today we say goodbye - transfer to the airport.
Tips & Info
By the way, trekking in Nepal requires average fitness and surefootedness. The daily stages have a pure Walking time from about 4 to 6 hours with about 500 to 1000 meters of altitude, which are well manageable with numerous breaks. Do not worry: the pace of the group will of course be adjusted
