Theologos is located on the west coast of the Greek island of Rhodes. The small, typical Greek village captivates not only with its beautiful white houses, nice taverns, the beautiful beach and the friendly locals - also for kite- and windsurfers is Theologos the place to be!
Here the wind blows constantly side-on-shore from southwest from noon. This makes the spot ideal for beginners and intermediates and offers enough space for practicing and learning new tricks. At Theologos Surf & Kite Centercompletely renovated in 2021, you will receive a warm welcome. Ideal for groups, families, couples or singles - here you will find fun and above all one thing: adventure!

Accommodation& Catering
- Directly on the sand/pebble beach located is the Hotel "Alex Beach with a great pool area. To the center of the village it is about 1.5 km and to Rhodes town you drive about 20 km.
- A new comfortable accommodation for surfers and kiters, consisting of a total of 12 luxurious lodges as well as 4 studios, the lodges "LOGOS Beach Village":
The spacious grounds covers 10,000 m² and is located directly behind the kitestation with direct access to the spot. The 16 accommodation units are generously distributed in the pretty gardens and thus offer a lot of privacy and a family atmosphere. Due to the staggered location, some lodges also have a great view of the surf spot.
In LOGOS Beach Village there is a Freshwater swimming pool with high quality beach chairs and umbrellas, which are already included in the price for Village guests.
In addition, there is a cozy sun terrace and a Snack bar.
The centerpiece of the Beach Village is the glazed Breakfast area with dreamlike View of the spot.
Info: The proximity to the airport could lead to occasional aircraft being heard in the accommodations or at the station.

Equipment
Basically you can rent the equipment around surfing & kiting and wingfoiling in the surf center.
Bringing your own material should definitely be announced, as there is limited storage space.
At Windsurf Center there are 70 sails from Point-7 and 50 Patrik boards, in the Kite Center Core and Carved material; so there is plenty of equipment on site.

Program
The Windsurfing station is located on the extensive pebble beach, directly in front of the hotel area ALEX BEACH. The windsurf center has 70 sails from Point-7 and 50 Patrik boards.
The Kitestation is located 300 m from the surf station and with the 2,500 m² area offers enough space so that kiters and windsurfers do not interfere with each other both on the beach and on the water.
We recommend this destination to all surfers and kiters traveling alone and also to those who appreciate family vacations combined with a good surfing area.
Water sports
The water is calling for you. In Theologos you can try not only windsurfing and kitesurfing, but also wingfoil, or jet skiing.
Culture and sights
Do you also want to explore the culture and sights near Theologos? Then we recommend a trip to Rhodes Town. Rhodes Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and especially the Grand Master's Palace is very worth seeing. Other sights are: Acropolis of Lindos, the Prasonisi Peninsula or the Moni Thari Monastery.
Other possible sports
In the hotel "Alex Beach" you can also escape from the water activities and use the tennis court or the fitness room. There is also the possibility to play billiards or table tennis. Also in the evening you will certainly not be bored with the evening entertainment with live music and various shows.
Tips & Info
Rhodes is the fourth largest island of Greece and the main island of the Greek archipelago Dodecanese in the southeast Aegean Sea. The landscape is particularly characterized by mountains and pine forests. The mountains mostly reach the coasts and usually drop steeply to the sea. The south and north of the island are much flatter. In the south lies the small peninsula Prasonisi.

As in all of Greece, Rhodes has a very mild climate. However, it is not so dry and hot on Rhodes, as winds can reach the detached island relatively well, making it a perfect surf spot.
