The surf camp in Portugal is located on the beautiful Atlantic coast and offers great spots for beginners to learn the sport, as well as unique places for experts to test their skills.
Here, you are just as welcome with your family as you are with a partner or even as a solo traveler. We have the right accommodation for every constellation and every wish.

Accommodation& Catering
During your surf camp, you will stay in a characteristic two-story villa in Ericeira-Lizandro. Whether in a shared room, single room, double room, or private apartment, the bright spaces and spacious outdoor area create an inviting atmosphere right in the middle of the surf camp. No wishes go unfulfilled here, and the villa provides the ideal setting for families as well as solo travelers. At the reception, you will always find a friendly ear and tips for activities or recommendations in the area.
Room types
- In the villa of our surf camp, you can stay in a shared room for up to eight people. This room features a balcony with a sea view. It's perfect if you're traveling as a small group or if you enjoy meeting new people and want to experience a genuine travel vibe.
- Our cozy double rooms are equipped with either two single beds or double beds that can be pushed together at any time.
- At the surf camp, three surf apartments are available for exclusive use. You can either book an entire apartment for yourself, your family, or your friends. Alternatively, you have the option to reserve just a room in an apartment, sharing common areas such as the kitchen, living room, terrace, and bathroom with the other rooms in the same apartment.

Fresh, delicious ingredients from Portugal are featured on the changing menu at our surf camp. Room rates include daily breakfast as well as dinner from Monday to Friday. On Saturday evening, we offer a tasty BBQ or fajitas for an additional charge. We also ensure you don't go to bed hungry on Sundays by organizing a free shuttle to Ericeira, where you can enjoy typical Portuguese cuisine at one of the many restaurants.
Vegetarian menus as well as menus for meatlovers are offered.
Equipment
You will be provided with complete surf equipment, including a board and wetsuit, for the duration of the course.
If you are not taking a course, you are welcome to rent the equipment at the camp.

Ericeira is a nice coastal town in Portugal, known for its picturesque beaches and excellent surfing conditions. It is also a popular destination for its seafood restaurants, historical sights and vibrant culture.
Interesting spots/trails
Ericeira IS surfing! You can find along this stretch of coast a vast variety of surf spots for all skill levels .

A beautiful beach break about 10 minutes drive from the camp. Our surfing courses also take place on this beach.
You can visit this beach in few minutes walk from the camp !
Besides very good peaks, you will also find several beach bars here.
This beach is also within easy walking distance from the camp. Here, our surf instructors also often go with the advanced surfers as the bay is well protected from the north wind - the "Nortada" - and a beautiful righthander breaks here even with large swells.
The fishermen's beach is not only called that; fishing boats and nets decorate this beautiful beach, protected from wind and waves. A beach right in the heart of Ericeira.
Travel options
The journey takes place by airplane (bookable with RETTER Sports) or on your own. The arrival airport is Lisbon, a Airport transfer can be organized through us on request.

Program
The program at the surf camp is aimed primarily at the Surf conditionssuch as swell height, tides and wind conditions. Therefore, you must there also something flexible and rely on the surf instructors and the camp crew.
