Interesting spots/trails
During the summer months from mid-May to mid-September, there is a consistent wind in this area. June is the windiest month, while July and August offer the highest wind reliability. Kitesurfing is ideal with wind speeds of 18-20 knots, particularly from early afternoon until sunset. With minimal tides, you can head out on the water anytime the wind blows, without being restricted by ebb or flow!
At Kitebuddies, the focus is on safe and effective learning, combined with fun and enjoyment, to help you reach your goals quickly and securely. Key learning objectives include understanding equipment, safety systems, kite launching and landing, kite control on land and water, water starts, riding and upwind sailing, and basic turning techniques. Course prices include full rental of kite gear, starting with a trainer kite for fast and safe learning, and progressing to a tube kite with bar, kiteboard, harness, wetsuit, impact vest, and helmet – everything you need to enjoy kitesurfing in Montenegro.

Tips & Info
Immerse yourself in the exciting land of Montenegro, the ideal spot for those who love something new. Kitesurfing in Montenegro is a delight: stable winds, a spacious area that is never truly crowded, and a charming environment will captivate you.
The ideal (and most wind-reliable) travel period is from May to September.
Montenegrin cuisine is diverse and influenced by various cultures. Traditional dishes include meat, fish, vegetables, and dairy products. Popular dishes are ćevapi (grilled minced meat sausages), pršut (air-dried ham), pasulj (bean stew), and burek (savory pastry with fillings). Fresh fish and seafood are especially favored along the coast.
The wind starts blowing steadily from the northwest as a side-onshore breeze from noon. The temperatures are pleasantly Mediterranean (we are at the latitude of Rome), and usually, a short wetsuit is sufficient, with just a lycra often enough during the peak summer months.
