eBiking on Naxos in Greece is a great way to explore the island. Naxos is the largest island of the Cyclades archipelago and offers many different landscapes, from sandy beaches to mountainous hills and valleys.

Skill levels
The individual cycling stages are alternately flat and hilly with longer climbs. The route length is about 50-60 kilometers per day. Good endurance is a must for these bike tours. You can expect well-maintained asphalt bike paths as well as uneven and stony roads.
What the UIAA scale is to climbers and the SAC scales are to mountaineers, the single trail scale is to mountain bikers. The single trail scale provides information about how demanding a trail or trail passage is. So you can perfectly adjust to the conditions before the tour.
On S1 trails there are smaller obstacles to overcome, such as shallow roots, small stones and rivulets. The gradient is a maximum of 40%. Hairpin turns are not expected. Basic riding skills such as metered braking and body shifting are necessary.
On S2 trails, expect larger roots, rocks, steps, shallow stairs and tight turns. The steepness is up to 70% in places. Advanced riding techniques such as overcoming obstacles by weight shifting are required.

Fikas Hotel is located only 300 meters from the beautiful beach of Agios Georgios and 800 meters from the lively downtown of Naxos. Here you can expect a refreshing swimming poolwhere you can end a day with the bike accordingly, and of course a hearty Breakfast buffetto strengthen you for the day. The hotel is also very close to a supermarket, only 100 meters away.

This trail passes through the idyllic village of Aperanthou and offers spectacular views of the sea and surrounding countryside.
You will sail along the coast of Naxos and discover the unspoiled beach of Maragas.
This trail leads you through the idyllic landscape around the Halki lagoon.
A challenging trail that takes you to the highest point of the island, Mt. Zeus. The view from the top of the island and the sea is indescribable!

Naxos is known for its local Kitchenwhich is based on fresh ingredients from the region. Be sure to try the local cheese "Graviera" and "Kitron", a sweet liqueur made from lemons.

Saturday (arrival)
- Arrival to Naxos
- Pick up at the airport by our team and about 10 minutes drive to the hotel
- Check in hotel
- Meeting point 7 pm for dinner together, where we have the opportunity to get to know each other and discuss the program.
Sunday
After a hearty breakfast, we're off. We meet at 9:30 am for our first tour. We start north on asphalt to get used to the e-bikes. We continue on gravel roads and easy trails, through Greek villages to the famous Kouros. The Kouros is a large statue made of marble in a beautiful natural setting. After this experience we continue to the beautiful village of Melanes, there we have the opportunity to strengthen us with a coffee, strengthened we go back towards the hotel.

Monday
After breakfast we start our tour at 9:30 am. Today we head towards the center of the island. On gravel roads we reach the Demeter temple near the village of Sangri. After visiting the temple, which was built of marble, we continue to the village of Halki. On the way to Halki we make a short stop at a hidden cave church. In Halki we have the possibility to have some food and to visit the beautiful place. On easy trails we will go back to Naxos town.

Tuesday
We start again at 9:30 am with our tour. Today's tour will take us to a Greek farm. While visiting the farm, we enjoy homemade cheese and many other delicacies. We continue south where we have the opportunity to stop at one of the many beaches for a coffee or to cool off in the sea. We see the most beautiful beaches that Naxos has to offer.

In the evening we meet and to a highlight of the week, the Sunset Tour is an unforgettable experience. Duration approx. 1.5 hours.

Wednesday
Today tours are free and at your disposal.
However, who has desire can optionally book the tour Bike & Hike on the highest mountain of the island Mount Zas in addition. We go by bike to our starting point of the hike, then we go on foot to the summit, where we can enjoy a beautiful view. (More info on site)
Thursday
We start at 9:30 am. Today on the program the place Filoti which we reach via gravel roads and little traveled roads. Filoti is a very beautiful village located at the foot of Mount Zas. In the place arrived we have the possibility to strengthen us and to walk a round by the place. The way back is pure bike fun, we have a very nice descent ahead of us.

Friday
On it goes at 9:30 am to our last tour on this bike week. Today again a very nice tour with beautiful views. Naxos is known for its marble, on today's tour we drive directly through the marble quarry of Naxos. The two marble mountains of Naxos within reach, a beautiful experience. Finally, once again e-biking at its best.

Saturday (departure)
It's off home again, or you can extend a few more days and enjoy your vacation on the beautiful island of Naxos!
