Accommodation& Catering
The name says it all: during your Lapland trip you will stay at the hotel "Hullu Poro“ („Crazy reindeer") accommodated. So it can happen that you see some reindeer standing around in front of the hotel. The location is central, the cozy resort hotel is located directly in the town of Levi and is the perfect starting point for a winter adventure in Lapland. Kittilä airport is only 15 kilometers away.
The total of 15 restaurants are partly scattered throughout Levi and offer a range of culinary delights - from a romantic dinner to a simple snack. In the evening you can use two sauna areas with Finnish sauna, whirlpool and cold water pool for free, and the fitness room is open daily from 08:00 to 21:00. Oh yes, and of course there's free wifi as well.
If you want to be really pampered, you can treat yourself to a massage at the hotel for an extra charge.

You don't need to bring any special equipment for your winter adventure in Lapland. However, it is important that you have enough warm clothes and waterproof shoes. This way you can protect yourself from the winter conditions and enjoy your experience to the fullest.

Program
Just the right trip for all adventurers. High in the north you will experience a week full of action in a beautiful landscape. Of course, in addition to the activities you also have the possibility of Explore area on your own or simply in the Sauna to relax. Here is an overview of the planned outdoor activities - depending on the weather this program may vary slightly.
Day 1
Immediately after arrival, a dreamlike white winter landscape awaits you. The winter sports resort of Levi is only 15 minutes by bus from the airport, so you have plenty of time to stroll through Levi after checking in.
Day 2
Today is a tour of a special kind on the program: Discover with us the magical winter landscape of Finland and namely with the e-Fatbike. This special bike was specially designed for rough terrain like snowy roads, so you can easily ride on difficult surfaces. Since last winter, our fatbikes are equipped with electric motors that provide you with proper support during the ride (e-Fatbikes).

Day 3
Snowshoe hike under the polar sky
Your excursion starts with a minibus ride to Levi Mountain. Once there, we strap on our snowshoes and begin our hike. From the viewpoint Tuikku we will have a breathtaking view of Levi at night and maybe we can even see the fascinating Aurora Borealis observe. The trees covered with snow along our path look like creatures from fabulous stories. The exact route will be determined by our guides depending on weather and wind conditions and may vary from day to day. Our hike will end directly in Levi. Together we will have a great time enjoying the beauty of winter nature!
Duration: approx. 2 - 2 ½ hours | German-speaking guide | Includes snowshoes, poles and transfer to the top of the mountain.
Day 4
Today, one of the most extraordinary winter activities ever awaits you: Arctic Ice Floating. We will be at a calm lake near Ylläs National Park, where you will glide gently on the water in warming thermal suits! After a short briefing we will get into the lake together and the unique experience begins. Let yourself be surrounded by tranquility as you float in the lake water, marveling at the clear starry sky and wintry landscape. It is really a great experience for all those who want to enjoy winter to the fullest.
Duration: approx. 3 hours | Includes English-speaking guide and transfers. Minimum height 120 cm.
Day 5
TAG ZUR FREIEN VERFÜGUNG: Heute könntest du zum Beispiel zwischen Alpinski oder Langlaufen wählen.
The main reason to try the slopes in Levi is the wonderful powder snow, which makes skiing a very special experience. And here comes another great news: there is no crowd on the slopes and lifts! You can enjoy the largest winter sports area Finland at your leisure or participate in other exciting excursions.
Day 6
Snowmobile safari to wilderness cabin
Im Safarizentrum, direkt im Zentrum von Levi und nur einen kurzen Fußweg von den Hotels entfernt, erhalten Sie eine spezielle Thermobekleidung für die Safaris. Ihr Guide zeigt Ihnen, wie Sie den Motorschlitten bedienen und sicher auf den vorgegebenen Tracks fahren. Ihr Motorschlitten gleitet mühelos auf dem Schnee dahin und sorgt für ein einmaliges Winterabenteuer! 2 Personen pro Motorschlitten (Wechsel unterwegs)
At the safari center, located right in the center of Levi and only a short walk from our hotels, you will receive special thermal clothing for our safaris. Your guide will show you how to operate the snowmobile and drive safely on the given tracks. With the snowmobile you will glide effortlessly over the snow and experience an unforgettable winter adventure!
Day 7
Today we make a Husky tour - an absolute must on a trip to Finland.
Together we make our way to the husky farm, where we have the chance to visit the farm and the adorable huskies before heading out on the sled. Together we will experience a breathtaking 10 km dog sled ride through the magical winter landscape. Guaranteed to be a unique adventure.
Day 8
Departure - transfer to the airport and return to Vienna
