Skill levels

As a beginner, you have never really been off-piste. Here you will be guided from the very beginning.

As a beginner, you are a newbie and have little to no idea about yoga. A beginner course is almost mandatory for you.

As an advanced skier you have already been in contact with powder snow, the "powder virus" has caught you and you want to expand your experience.

As an Advanced, you do yoga exercises regularly, but need guidance and motivation for new exercises here and there.

The trail consists of a continuous route and is well marked. The terrain is steep in parts and a risk of falling is not excluded. Some surefootedness is required, trekking shoes are also recommended. A basic sense of orientation is required.

Our yoga and trekking trip through Nepal starts in Kathmandu - here and in all other cities we will visit on the way, we will sleep in great hotels, ideally located to immerse ourselves in the vibrant cities. During our 6 days trekking we will of course experience Nepal Pure. Sleeping will be in typical Mountain lodgeswhich are run by locals. Look forward to a unique charm and plenty of space for your yoga sessions in the unique mountain world of the Himalayas.

In the cities we stay in spacious double rooms - if you want a single room, this can be booked for an extra charge. During the trekking we can't guarantee you a single room, because we will hike in the mountains and sleep in typical Nepalese mountain huts - but let's be honest: this is also part of the adventure Nepal trip.

Look forward to Momos, Dal Bhat or Fried Rice - Nepal has a lot to offer and is a true paradise especially for vegetarians! On our Nepal trip breakfast is always included - on your trekking adventure you will also enjoy full board, here we will be cooked by the locals with local delicacies and in the national park half board is included.


Look forward to a unique adventure and combine Nepal with yoga and hiking. The trekking Nepal tour leads in 6 days from Kande over the Poon Hill (3.210 m) to Nayapul. Therefore you should take your hiking equipment with you - good shoes, enough warm clothes, daypack, water bottle and very important: In the trekking accommodations you need a sleeping bag. However, you can also rent one on site for about 15€.

Look forward to adventure, yoga and trekking on your Nepal trip - here is an overview of the planned program. However, this can change due to weather conditions and the routes can therefore also deviate.

Day 1

Start of our Nepal trip: Flight from Vienna to Kathmandu

Day 2

Namasté Nepal - at the airport you will be greeted by your guide - then we will check into the hotel in Kathmandu before heading to dinner together.

Day 3

Kathmandu is waiting! After breakfast, we will immerse ourselves in the beautiful capital of Nepal and discover the local culture. In the afternoon we make our way to "Little Tibet", the area around Bodnath Stupa - one of the largest Buddhist shrines in Nepal.

Day 4

After breakfast, we embark on an adventurous drive to Pokhara and enjoy the magnificent views of the surrounding hills and the valleys of the Trishuli and Marsyangdi rivers. Overnight stay in Pokhara

Day 5

Today we start our Trekking & Yoga Tour of our Nepal trip. At the beginning of the trekking the path leads partly over stone steps to the Australian Camp - highest point of the day with already more than 2000m - and further to Pothana. With a little luck, a fascinating view of the Annapurna massif with the peaks Macchapuchhre, Annapurna II and IV, as well as Annapurna South awaits you here. Via a gravel road you will pass idyllic villages to Tolka and along the wide Modi Khola valley to your today's destination Landruk (approx. 1.570 m).
Hike: about 5-6 hours - about 350 hm uphill and about 650 hm downhill.

Day 6

Today we start with a yoga and meditation session. Then we descend to the river bank of the rushing Modi Khola to New Bridge (about 1350 m). In the afternoon, a steep ascent follows to Chhomrong (about 2170 m). The village, where we spend the night today, impresses with its charm and a fantastic view - here the Annapurna South is within reach.
Hike: about 5-6 hours - about 950 hm uphill and about 300 hm downhill.

Day 7

In the morning after breakfast, yoga session and a short hike, a magnificent view over the valleys awaits us. Then we continue downhill to a suspension bridge over the Kimrong Khola. After lunch, another scenic highlight follows: a mystical rhododendron forest with impressive flora and fauna. Day's destination: Tadapani (approx. 2,630 m)
Hike: about 5-6 hours - about 1000 hm uphill and about 400 hm downhill.

Day 8

In beautiful weather we will enjoy our breakfast and yoga flow with magnificent views of the Annapurna range before heading towards Ghorepani (approx. 2,680 m). Today we will hike through a gorge with many waterfalls. In the afternoon, the trail will take us over the Deurali Pass to the small mountain town of Ghorepani.
Hike: about 5 hours - about 800 hm uphill and about 600 hm downhill.

Day 9

Early Birds watch out - today we start before sunrise to watch the sunrise on the observation deck of Poon Hill with a coffee. At sunrise the snow-capped 8000m peaks of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna as well as many other 7000m peaks of the two mountain ranges shine - an unforgettable mountain panorama. After breakfast and our yoga session, today the trail leads downhill.
Hike: about 4-5 hours - about 400 hm uphill and about 1,350 hm downhill.

Day 10

After morning yoga, today the trail takes us through small villages and the town of Birethanti to Nayapul. Here ends our trekking. By bus we will go back to Pokhara for about 2h. The afternoon is at your free disposal. Here you can either stroll through the streets, visit the lake or relax with a massage.
Hike: about 3 hours - about 100 hm uphill and about 500 hm downhill.

Day 11

After a hearty Nepalese breakfast, we will drive to Lake Phewa for a boat ride. Afterwards, we visit a Tibetan refugee village where we are allowed to admire numerous works of art of the village. In the afternoon we will dive into the world of Ayurveda. Let yourself be surprised by the program in one of the numerous Ayurveda centers in Pokhara. The evening is at your free disposal.

Day 12

We drive to Chitwan National Park and thus into the lowlands of Nepal. Before dinner we will take a walk through the surrounding villages of the local Taru ethnic group.

Day 13

After breakfast we start with a game drive in a dugout canoe on the Rapti and Young Rapti rivers, where with a little luck we can observe crocodiles, Ganges gavials and numerous birds. We will then walk through the jungle in search of more wildlife. After lunch break a jeep safari is on the program.

Day 14

Today we will drive back to Kathmandu. After breakfast we make our way to the capital and enjoy the view of the surrounding rice terraces.

Day 15

Today our Nepal trip ends - return flight Kathmandu - Vienna

Tips & Info

By the way, trekking in Nepal requires average fitness and surefootedness. The daily stages have a pure Walking time from about 4 to 6 hours with about 500 to 1000 meters of altitude, which are well manageable with numerous breaks.
