General info

The road trip around the Lyngen Alps starts in Lyngseidet and takes us around the Lyngen Fjord. There are numerous trails that offer a good mix of natural and constructed trails for mountain bikers near the town. However, the closer you get to the area at the other end of the fjord, the rougher and wilder the mountain bike trails become. There you are almost alone on the road. Not far away is also the border with Finland and Sweden.

To discover something new every day, van and ferries are used.

Besides biking, Norway of course also attracts with hot tubs, saunas and fishing. Also a tasting in the northernmost distillery - the Aurora Spirits - may not be missing.
