    You’ll be staying at the family-run Aphrodite Beach Hotel, located just 500 meters from the entrance to Akamas National Park — one of Cyprus’s most untouched natural paradises. As the last hotel before the protected area, it offers direct access to a long, peaceful natural beach — perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

    Here, the turquoise sea meets the powerful landscape of Akamas: rocky formations, hills, rare plants, and a rich birdlife — the perfect setting for our spring retreat in Cyprus.

    At Aphrodite Beach Hotel, meals are prepared with love — and you can taste it. The hotel’s kitchen is renowned far beyond the region and is often described by guests as a true highlight. Whether it’s moussaka, stifado, or freshly caught fish, here you’ll experience the authentic flavors of Cyprus on your plate.

    Fruits, vegetables, olives, and jams — many come from the hotel’s own garden. If you like, you can even take a jar of these homemade delights home with you.

    Equipment

    What’s essential for our spring retreat in Cyprus? Your hiking gear and yoga clothes, of course. We recommend sturdy hiking shoes (ideally waterproof) and a daypack with a water bottle. Even though we’re hoping for great weather and plenty of Greek sunshine, it’s always smart to bring rain protection just in case. And don’t forget to bring your yoga mat!

    Besides the daily yoga sessions with Eva, you’ll go on some of the island’s most beautiful hikes during your spring retreat. You’ll also have plenty of time to explore the island on your own. This is roughly what your week will look like, though the program may vary depending on the weather.

    • Hike – Nature experience along the Akamas coast: hike to old mines, rue herb, and orchids. Includes a forest picnic. (approx. 11 km, about 3.5 hours, ↑ 400 m / ↓ 100 m)

    Your Guide - Eva
