Make your first tracks in deep snow on lonely slopes off-piste - that's how freeriding should be. Our guides know the most beautiful routes and will show them to you during our Freeride camp in the best freeride area in St. Anton am Arlberg - of course including lots of powder.
A lot of know-how is required for off-piste snowboarding or skiing. In three days our guides will tell you some tips and tricks and thus enable you a unique adventure and enjoyable powdering in the open terrain.

At lunch and dinner together, we'll make sure you glide through the powder at full power. If you still feel like a drink or some partying in the evening, then St. Anton am Arlberg is the right place for you - countless huts, bars and restaurants leave nothing to be desired.
Equipment
Prerequisite for a great powder experience is the right equipment, especially the right freeride skis or the ideal freeride snowboard (for our routes, however, only a splitboard is suitable). Since you are in high alpine terrain, your equipment should be up to date and well maintained. If your equipment is outdated or defective, we can organize rental equipment for you. Interesting spots/trails
St. Anton am Arlberg and the entire Arlberg are a freeride El Dorado and world famous for it. The Arlberg ski area covers around 50 km² and extends over more than 1,500 meters in altitude to its highest point, the Valluga Summit at 2,811 meters. More than 300 km of marked runs and about 200 km of variants in the open terrain are accessible.
Travel options
Arrival is on your own or by train. We recommend arriving one day in advance, as the freeride camp starts relatively early, depending on the weather conditions. You can get more information from us at RETTER Sports. Martin is looking forward to advising you.

Program
As freeriders, we are of course always dependent on the rapidly changing whims of the alpine winter weather. Your guides at the camp prepare carefully, study weather maps and inquire about the snow situation and danger. However, unforeseen weather whims may force us to revise our plans. In this case, our on-site team will immediately put together a replacement program that will meet your expectations for a sporty weekend.
Your adventure on the Arlberg could look like this:
Freeriding - Day 1
Ascent with the cable car, driving in and exploring the terrain in St.Anton am Arlberg, lunch together, departure to the accommodation and dinner together.
Freeriding - Day 2
Mountain ride with the cable car, freeriding on the Albona in Stuben, continue to Lech/Zürs, lunch together, departure to accommodation and dinner together.
Freeriding - Day 3
Ascent with the cable car, once again explore the most beautiful slopes in St. Anton, Stuben and Lech/Zürs, lunch together, return of equipment and then return home.
Tips & Info
FYI: Our camp in St. Anton am Arlberg is not aimed at complete beginners, but will help you to deepen and develop your skills off-piste with the help of our guides. So you should already have experience with your freeride skis or with your splitboard. However, if you want to make your first deep snow tracks with your freeride skis, you can do so in our Freeride Camp in Saalbach, which is specially designed for beginners.
